Moab, UT

In Santa Barbara in the 80's, I took a course called Geology of the National Parks. One of the parks in the series was Arches National Park in Moab, Utah. I was particularly attracted to Arches and hoped to go some time. In the spring of 2002 I finally made the trek with another photographer. It is an unbelievable place to photograph; one could shoot there for a year and still not capture all there is to see. Here are a few of the better photographs taken on my first trip to Arches.
